My name is Josh and I’m the owner of CORE iNSIGHTS in beautiful Green Bay, WI. Life is so full and busy all the time that when it comes to our personal technology I believe it should make life easier, not harder. The CORE iNSIGHTS Story.
As someone who has always enjoyed technology, but often felt as though understanding it (let alone implementing it) was always just out of reach, I used to be frustrated by computers. That is until I discovered Apple. After purchasing my first MacBook and iPod touch back in 2008 I saw the potential of what could be accomplished by products designed with everybody in mind - not just the "techies" or industry professionals.
Shortly afterwards I began working for the very company whose products I fell in love with. I spent the next nine years helping people purchase and learn how to use Apple’s amazing products every day. It was a fantastic time. I got to see the world adopt everything from iPads and Air Pods to SSDs and USB-C. But the best part of it all was seeing the joy on my customers’ faces when they realized just how much they could accomplish with Apple products.
At CORE iNSIGHTS I want to continue helping my customers experience that same joy, while also ensuring that their ongoing experiences at home and work continue to enrich and enhance their everyday lives. That starts with making sure people understand the foundations of their hardware and operating systems, the accessories available, and then focusing in on what they specifically want out of their technology. It includes making sure they know what resources are available when they need help or when something goes awry. But most of all it’s about remembering that technology is made for people, and not the other way around.
